D’PENYETZ is a proven growing brand of Indonesian Halal Cuisine F&B chains established in 2009 from small humble beginning in Singapore. And has now expanded to 6 countries (Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Myanmar) and keep growing by God’s grace. What distinguish D’PENYETZ is the specialty sambal chili sauce which has different types and spicy level. This cater not just for spicy lovers but also medium and light mild. All the sauces, premix paste and flours are centralized from central kitchen Jakarta to ensure not just the authentic taste, but also for the consistency long term, cost saving, and no dependency on chef. The products menu range is not just chicken but beef, fish, vegetables, low cost side dishes and desserts.

    (preparation pre-setting, survey, layout plans & drawing)

    (All department training to local crews from back of house BOH to front of house FOH. Franchisee will provide guidelines in recruitment process of local staff (supervisor, kitchen crew and service crews), initial interview selection guidance, after which our representative operation director will provide the hands-on training, SOP manual explanation and simulation.
  3. The rights to use properties of Brand, Menu, Corporate Design and knowledge. 
    Soft copy files will be provided. (all the wallpapers, menu book design, menu pictures, posters design)
  4. Exclusive rights for the supply Of the premix paste, sauces and flours from central kitchen Jakarta.
    All meat, poultry, vegetables, dry goods are sourced locally. Not all must take from the central kitchen. Only the main essential premix paste spice and chilli sauces are from the central kitchen. Unlike many franchisors where there is a requirement to take compulsory cooking oil, plastic bags and some of the ingredients that can be sourced locally, Ensuring COGS FOOD COST is important for us in minimizing food cost to the minimum.   5. Close Communication Day to day operation report and communication is channeled by WhatsApp group and video call by outlet team and our HQ team, This is compulsory to ensure all the staff are following the standard SOP standard.
